Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We want to make the process as simple and straight forward as possible for you. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and how to initiate the process.
Incorrect & Faulty Items
If we have mistakenly sent you an item that is not to your order specifications or is faulty, please follow these steps:
Raise a request
- Contact our customer support team at Online Return / Exchange Request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Be sure to reference your order number and describe the issue with the garment/s.
Return Authorisation:
- We will then issue you a return authorisation number and a reply-paid postage label.
- These will be emailed to you for your convenience.
Send it Back:
- Use the provided reply-paid label to send the item back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process a full credit or exchange, as per your preference.
Return Conditions:
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
